Sandwich Shredded Beef

3 lb rump or other roast
1/4 cup water
1 beef bouillon cube
1 tblsp garlic, minced
10 peperoncini peppers, torn, stems removed
Trim fat from roast.
Place roast in crockpot.
Add remaining ingredients.
Cook on low 6 to 8 hours.
After cooking, shred beef.
Serve on crusty rolls.
For a flavorful topping, mix 1/2 cup mayonnaise with 1 tblsp horseradish.
