- Hint: Get your other ingredients measured while
pasta is cooking because this dish is quick to prepare. -

- 1 lb of your favorite style of pasta, cooked

- 3 - 4 chopped garlic cloves

- 1/4 c olive oil

- 3/4 - 1 cup chopped walnuts

- 1 teaspoon salt, optional

- 1/4 - 1/2 cup white wine

- In a large pan, saute’ garlic in the olive oil over medium
heat until just turning golden. -
- Add the walnuts to the pan.

- Add salt if desired.

- When walnuts are just heated through, add the wine
(it will sizzle a little) -
- Pour over cooked pasta and serve.
