Ingredients:

24 cups of popped corn (6 quarts)
2 sticks of margarine (or butter)
2 cups of brown sugar (firmly packed)
  1/2 cups corn syrup
  1 tsp salt
  1/2 tsp baking soda
  1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  Preheat oven to 250 degrees.
The big blue roaster works great for this project.

Spray roaster with nonstick spray. Place popcorn inside.

On the stove, melt margarine. Then stir in brown sugar, corn syrup and the salt.
Heat to boiling while stirring constantly. Then let boil without stirring for five minutes.
Remove from heat and stir in the baking soda and vanilla.
Slowly pour over the popped corn, mixing it to coat as you pour.
Bake uncovered for an hour, stirring every 15 minutes. Remove from oven.
Let cool completely. (It cools very fast) Break apart.   Makes 24 cups

Ideas:

Place in tin or food bag with curly ribbon for a nice office gift.

It's a great little extra to give with a new video.

Fill a jar with caramel corn and tie on this recipe
